Our director Tim Reynolds is personally involved with every property under management. Tim has over 33 years experience within the real estate and property industries.

Tim is a fully licensed Estate Agent.

Tim holds the following qualifications:

• Certificate of Business studies (Real Estate) from Prahran TAFE (Now Swinburne University) Grad 1986
• Bachelor of Business (Property) majoring in Finance from RMIT University. Grad 2001
• Post graduate studies in finance and financial planning. (2002 & 2005)

Tim spent many years in project marketing and is extremely familiar with apartment developments and properties that involve an Owners Corporation.

Tim and his wife have owned several apartment investments over the years and have experienced first hand the importance of having a property manager who is not only experienced but one that can guide, advise and show a commitment to their clients that goes way beyond just the receipting of rent.
